The Mobile QuickStart program includes all the hardware,
software and services needed to rapidly pilot mobile
computing technology with limited cost.

NETiKA will work with you to determine suitable wireless
connectivity options.
Deployment, training
and support
The following deployment, training and support services
are included:
- Pre-deployment installation and configuration
of hardware and software
- 1 full day of onsite deployment and
configuration
- 1 full day of onsite, hands-on, user
training
- 5 hours of customer support over 30
days following deployment
Focus Group
After 30 days of use, NETiKA
will conduct an onsite, ½ day user focus group
with the 10 employees who participated in your Quick
Start. You will receive valuable feedback from your
employees on how mobile technology impacted their productivity
and gain insight on how to best leverage the technology
going forward. After the ½ day session, NETiKA
will deliver a report on the results of the focus group.
