Presentation By his presence in your offices, your IT Coach will work closely with your team and become your adviser. He will ensure that you system is upgraded as necessary, anticipate systems crashes, solve user problems and help to consolidate the training given to users. In addition a HelpDesk is accessible to the client co-ordinator (by telephone, fax or e-mail).

Financial description
On the basis of an estimate of the resources required, the IT Coaching services – and as far as possible al other services – are paid for monthly (interim payment on the 15th of the month by direct debit). In addition to the IT Coaching report sent to the client after each intervention, a monthly report listing all the services provided is sent by fax. A statement showing the services provided and the interim monthly payments is drawn up at the end of each quarter:
- If the balance is positive, it is carried forward to the next quarter. If this balance is structural, the interim payment can be adjusted downwards.
- If the balance is negative:
- either the interim payment is adapted so as to produce a zero balance for the next quarter and the balance is invoiced at the normal rate - or the amount of the interim payment is left unchanged with the a reduction of 5% in the preferential rate (increase).

Implementation
In concrete terms, we visit you periodically, at fixed times, determined by common agreement in advance. On the day of a scheduled visit, the co-ordinator will have drawn up a list of “tasks” which the coach will carry out in order of priority. The only obligations of our IT Coaching formula are:
- a fixed periodicity (which can be reviewed every 3 months)
- minimum modules of 3.5 hours, twice a month
- a monthly interim payment on the 15th of each month by direct debit.
These parameters enable us to plan our schedule as closely as possible and therefore keep the cost of our service as low as possible.
