Profil :
 Since
we started our operations as an IT company in 1983,
real estate solutions have gradually become our principal
area of specialisation.
Netika
Real-Estate Solutions is today the leading player
in Belgium and its French subsidiary, Netika Solutions
Immobilières, is expanding rapidly. Its clients
are mainly large international companies.
Our
aim is to offer an integrated range of powerful and
efficient real estate products based on a single database
(Oracle). These products which are "business
line" focused and designed to satisfy the needs
of the most successful international real estate companies,
have been developed using the latest technologies
(Java).
Our
growth strategy is based on the development of application
and international expansion.
We are currently developing very rapidly on the French
market, from Paris. We are currently at an advanced
stage with plans to open in the near future in other
major European capitals.
History :
Our
software packages have historically been developed
by a team based in Belgium, specialising in database
technologies. This team then developed call centre
software and very rapidly progressed to Internet solution.
Over the years, we have specialised increasingly in
solutions for the real estate sector.
Based
on the experience acquired over more than 10 years
in the real estate area, we now offer a unique, consistent
set of powerful, efficient products which meet the
needs of modern European real estate companies.
At
the end of 2000, we had established ourselves as the
leading player on the Belgian market, with more than
65% of office real estate space (offices, shopping
centres, semi-industrial) managed by real estate professionals
using our tools.
At
the beginning of 2001, the company decided to open
in France. It participated in the Mipim in March.
The welcome and interest of French real estate professionals
has been very positive. CB Richard Ellis and Crédit
Lyonnais Asset Management Immobilier signed up for
our services the same year.
In
2002, France Télécom and Awon Group
tested our products. Numerous studies are currently
being carried out with recognised real estate professionals.
Our
success, after almost 20 years of operations, is based
on the quality of our products and services, our high
level of availability and an approach based on partnership
and advice.
Team :
We
employ an international, multicultural team whose
expertise corresponds to the needs of our clients.
The
team members come from a wide range of backgrounds
in real estate, marketing, finance and real estate
accounting.
It
also includes employees with a high level of IT expertise
which is necessary for functions such as project management,
analysis, programming and Web developments.
