Support for changing to a new information system

We provide our clients with state-of-the-art IT solutions.

However, the adoption of a new information systems is not simply a question of installing and learning how to use the new tools. It also represents a cultural change which requires active support from the publisher, for both decision-makers and users.

The support that we offer facilitates a better understanding of the concept and the involvement of the teams in the change, with a view to optimising the deployment of the new tools.

After sales consultation

One of our Senior Functional Analysts (SFA) will study the client’s needs in order to develop an optimal solution in terms of the client’s specific characteristics.

Computerisation support


As soon as the contract is signed, a Project Manager will oversee the complete implementation of the Netika solution. For projects for major companies, we can work in partnership with an outside consulting firm, having the necessary expertise and availability to implement successfully the project.

Data recovery

In order to facilitate the implementation of the various modules, we always carry out an analysis of the recovery of existing data.

If it is economically and technically feasible to recover existing data, this reduces the user workload and avoids the need to enter data again.

Many of our clients have already used this service. The data entry teams are managed either by our Project Manager in consultation with the client’s internal steering committee, or by the consulting firm working in partnership with Netika.

Installation

We install all software necessary for the solutions that we sell.

Training

We have considerable experience in training client employees in the use of our software.

Training is provided by experienced trainers with practical experience of the real estate business line. The programme varies according to the profile of the users.

It is to be noted that the modules of the 'Netika RE Online' range are Web applications whose use is very intuitive. They therefore require very little training.

User support

We provide a full user support service, either by hot line (e-mail or telephone) or on site.


Annual maintenance


For the maintenance of applications, we have set up a technical structure composed of several Technical Account Managers (TAM).

The TAM is the client’s special contact. He or she is aware at all times of the client’s needs, adaptations or work to be carried out as part of the client relationship. The TAM will ensure the smooth functioning of the relationship between your company and us.

Expert Service


We also offer our Expert Service which meets the needs of tailor-made developments, the customisation of applications and the creation of specific reports.

Tailor-made development

An analyst-programmer will carry out an analysis of the user’s needs and will draw up a mission statement which will be used as the basis, after approval, of the developments.

These developments can involve, notably, new software processes, the customisation of Web applications and even complete new modules

Reporting

The basic modules of the applications include a certain number of synthesis statements. Other specific reports can be created by us, on request.

For personal analysis needs, we offer two complementary solutions to users:

1- All the lists and reports which appear in the applications can be exported to Excel.

2- After specific training, users can carry out their own database searches, using tools such as Access, Crystal Report, Business Objects, etc.

We also produce simplifying 'views' (SQL views) to enable users to optimise their work on Oracle tables.

Interface with outside software

We can develop all interfaces with outside software.
